In response to the latest rules regarding COVID we are now working as follows:
We will be working remotely from home except as follows:
Barry Williams will be in the office all day every Wednesday for a limited number of pre-booked face to face appointments. These will be only for those clients who cannot do an on-line meeting or for due diligence purposes at our request.
We will be offering an on-line triage service for potential new clients. This will be sufficient to enable a potential client to make a decision on engaging our services and, if so, the follow up ‘stage 2’ can be done face to face on a Wednesday at which we can conduct full due diligence..
Mark Greenstreet will be in the office for non-advisory office support on Fridays. The office will not be open for visitors
Hazel Howard will be working from home in her support role and will be the normal initial telephone contact.
Our office will be kept COVID secure for clients meetings so please note the following:
Anyone who has any symptoms or has tested positive for Covid-19 should NOT enter the premises, should self-isolate and follow the current guidance to stop the spread of infection.
Meetings will be distanced and all visitors to the office will be expected to wear a mask before entering and to keep the mask on at all times (unless you are exempt or have a reasonable excuse for removing it).
Masks will be available for anyone who hasn’t brought one.
Please use the hand sanitiser provided upon entering.
If you have the NHS Covid-App, you can ‘check in’ using the NHS QR code poster on the front desk.
Please bring your own pen and notepad.
All door handles/chairs, tables, etc will be wiped down with an anti-viral cleaner before a client meeting and after.
Any paperwork that we pass to clients for signing or retention will be handled by us only after hand sanitisation and we will have sanitised immediately before a meeting.
To further reduce any risk we will not be offering complimentary drinks at this time.
I believe that in this way we can maintain the right balance between a safe working environment and providing a high level of service for what might now be an extended period of up to six months.
Do stay safe
From all of us at Regency IFA
